Wrigley on the balcony

Wrigley likes to go out on our balcony and stick his head out of the railings and watch people and cars go by. I get nervous that he might jump through since we are on the 3rd floor so I usually have a hand on him when he does it. Although I'm pretty sure he wouldn't jump off. I just get antsy anyways :)
